What a Typical Day Looks Like
Morning
Breakfast, personal routines, medication facilitation and getting ready for the day.
Midday
Time to work, attend appointments, participate in activities or simply enjoy the day.
Afternoon
Coffee at 2 PM.
Residents can relax, socialize, watch television, use the desk station, spend time on the patio or participate in scheduled activities.
Evening
Dinner, activities and time to unwind.
Night
Evening medication and bedtime snack.

Professional Mental Health Support Within the Community
At our Quinlan facility, a psychiatrist visits weekly and a psychologist visits every other week.
Other physicians may also visit the facility when needed.
This means residents can remain in a residential environment while having access to regular visits from mental health professionals who understand their needs.
Families Are Always Welcome
Visitors are welcome at Individual Care of Texas.
We do ask families and guests to plan visits so that they do not extend beyond 8:00 PM, helping us maintain a consistent evening routine for residents.
