Start With a Phone Conversation

We'll talk with you about your loved one and their current situation.

Provide Health & Psychiatric Records

Families will be asked to provide major health records and relevant psychiatric records so we can understand the individual's needs.

Schedule a Walk-Through

If the initial conversation indicates that your loved one may be a fit, we'll invite you to schedule a tour.

Meet Our On-Site Manager

You'll walk through the facility, see the environment and have the opportunity to ask questions.

Determine Whether It's the Right Fit

If your loved one qualifies and your family feels that Individual Care of Texas is the right environment, we'll move forward with admission.
